This gorgeous dress from Saint Tropez has short sleeves and a button band collar with fringes on the front.   It has a detachable tie at the waist and  the length falls below the knee. It is made of a sheer material and has a cream base colour with a zebra-like print in pastels of lilac, blue and orange. It has a cream under slip that can be detached from the dress so is easy to put on.  Worn with a heel or a bright sandal, this dress is perfect for any event.
